My orginal one had been acting weird and slow so I called tech support (AT&T) and after a long conversation they said my internet was like 10mbps too slow for what we're paying for, so they sent us a new modem for free. Not 3 days after setting up the modem is it having problems, it started restarting itself, the power would light up and after about 30 seconds, all of the lights would flash green, and then red, really fast for a few seconds and then it's would all shut off, and restart, the power would blink and the stay solid and repeat the process, I call tech support and they don't know what's wrong and the earliest available technician was in two weeks, in an anger filled annoyance, I pressed the reset button about like 20 times and it started working somehow... for 3 more days. Now it's doing the same thing again and no amount of button pressing or restarting the modem does anything and customer service is ass. Please help.
