I've got a pretty minor issue with my mouse. A few hours after booting up my pc it starts moving by itself, however when I've got the "mouse properties" or "hardware troubleshooting" window open it stops moving and functions normally.
If I enable the mouse precision option in the configuration screen it starts moving more slowly, which makes sense I guess. I've tried deleting the mouse and plugging it back in after rebooting, but the same thing happens. Different USB port doesn't help either. I'd say it's a hardware issue, but that doesn't explain why it stops moving with the mouse properties window open.
The mouse it some cheap Sharkoon Fireglider, OS is Windows 10, version 1709.
Does one of you know what the issue might be? Thanks in advance.
Edit: It's an optical wired USB mouse by the way.
Edit 2: And it's a desktop.
