Hi all,

I am experiencing a very loud noise coming from the computer fans after dusting. (I think it is the CPU fan).

I took the fan off the cpu cooler and removed a thick layer of dust from the heat sink, then reapplied the fan and plugged it back into the 4 pin cpu fan slot.

Strangely, when booting up and in the bios, the noise levels are normal and relatively quiet. BUT, as soon as Windows starts it the fan(s) progressively get louder for about 3-5 seconds, then maintains it's loud noise level. CPU COOLER: arctic cooler freezer 7 pro CPU: i5 4440 GFX: GeForce GTX 770 RAM: 8gb

Here is my temperatures and stuff: https://imgur.com/a/sGE0z

CPU maximum RPM says 19k (wtf). But now it says max is 950!? Is this program any good?

As you can see, the temps are pretty fine. Weird how it says 100c on somethings in my motherboard, but I know it's not hot, since my computer is still blowing cool (ish) air.

Thanks :)
