This has been going on for a few months now. It all started when I was trying to press the escape button on a game. I stupidly was pressing down on a macro I had that inputs left clicks extremely fast. Since then I have disabled my macros. Every time my laptop falls asleep and then wakes up this happens.

I have tried setting it so it never falls asleep but I'm looking for a permanent fix. I have seen people on the internet have similar problems but it seems to happen after a windows/driver update.
