Whenever I unlock my macbook after it has been asleep for a while and try to use safari/chrome it causes my internet to go out. I lose wifi on my phone as well. My desktop computer also loses its internet connection (wired).
I tried resetting my router and it temporarily solved the issue but after a while it started to occur again.
The internet turns back on without me doing anything in less than 5 minutes after the disconnect.
