Yesterday i got an Message over Facebook with a link that i clicked. It send me to a website that asked me to log into facebook again (read: showed a prompt for my password). I did and nothing happened. I went to the side of the Sender and sure enough: „got hacked, do not open links from me“.
I changed my passwort on another pc half an hour later on the official side and have since not noticed anything different since(~18hours).
What happened? I only use Facebook to communicate with people (that I could also call), so deleting my account would be feasible but undesired. The information is also all fake so there is no real threat, but I would like to understand what someone was trying to gain with this message.
(The link had a youtube thumbnail and started with https://alv1522836137.storage.googleapis.com/ and contained many more numbers, letters and my name after that)
