As the title says, lately every time I’ve tried to log into Deviantart, I get this pop up here

I don’t know what the file is, it says 0 kB, clicking more does Nothing and it take so few hits to back out (though I can still back out)
Is it a virus? And if so how can I clear it? I’m on iOS 11 and I don’t want to screw up my phone or mess up my deviantart account or something
EDIT: I’m able to log in when I’m on the desktop site, but even on there it happened randomly, only once though. Idk what to flair it as but I could go with phone? It also didn’t do this when I logged into imgur or anything else, just deviantart, I also tested it on private browsing and nothing popped up at all.
EDIT 2: Oh and I should mention that putting the link into google search isn’t show anything at all except for two results from URLscans, and when I check it into urlvoid it doesn’t say when it was registered (but it’s domain isn’t in the Netherlands), makes me terrified.
