Parents sold their house and are temporarily renting until they find a new one. Not long enough to set up own internet (airBnB) so using existing service. Do not know what service but it is super slow (sub 1 Mpbs). It is so frustrating. I have access to the modem and have done a full reset multiple times. Any idea of what the issue could be/ways to resolve it. Man, you don't realize how much you rely on a good connection until you don't have it. Macbooks, Xbox, Iphones, all connecting to WiFi but abysmal speed. Looked up the router address in settings to see if I could make any changes but it just times out each time. Thanks!
