A couple days ago the start button in the taskbar became unclickable. I restarted the PC, and it worked fine. However, since then, I've had some problems with icons shown in the pictures below. Anyone have experience with this?

Icons missing in file explorer

Desktop

Taskbar, bonus file explorer issue

Right-clicking task manager shows parts of the icons.

I can't open any files' properties via task manager, which is why I think there's an issue with the task manager.

I have rebooted the computer multiple times, restarted task manager and ran a Windows Defender Quick Scan. None fixed the problem.
