Games run very choppy on my PC with constant slowdown and stutter. Tested with many games, including Overwatch and Dark Souls 3. Almost any game that's not very simple (like Snakebird on Steam) will be choppy.
CPU, GPU and memory typically under 50% and never hit above 70%. Power saving setting are set to performance and not energy saving. Tries with max and minimum setting on games and the issue remains.
On Windows 10, System hardware is: GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 3.4GHz ASRock H97 Anniversary Motherboard 700W PSU 12 GB RAM (PNY 4GBx2 and G-skill 2GBx2) Monitor is Nixeus Vue 2560x1440
