The volume of my earphones turns up for no reason even when I do not touch it. I have an iPad Air 2 and I tried plugging the earphones into another air 2 and that one works fine (which might be because it is iOS 10but my one keeps upping the volume. How do you fix this. It isn’t Apple branded I think which is what the problem may be. my iPad is in the latest update.
