So I'm a complete noob when it comes to disk management and drive partitions. I don't know what many of the automatically created partitions do or whether or not I necessarily need them.

Can someone assist me in fixing/forming better drive partitions and maximizing usable space? (Especially on the SSD)(Do not worry about the Portable drives as they do not need any changes) Thanks for any help you're willing to give me!
