I'm writing this post on behalf of my uncle.
Problem:
He just hit me up with the following problem: his PC won't boot properly anymore since Tuesday. It boots a really long time, then he gets a black screen and after some time a "Razer Center"-error pops up. He used the PC the last time on Monday. He told me he neither installed any updates/new software, nor did he change his hardware and peripheral devices (he changed mouse/keyboard about two weeks ago tho, but he said it worked just fine).
Troubleshooting attempts:
Booting in safe-mode results in the same outcome and error.
He told me he managed to get into Windows once after the problem occured the first time. It somehow worked with a default user account instead of his main user account, but he doesn't know how he did it, so we can't reproduce it. He also told me when he managed that he then repaired the "Razer Center"-tool, but neither did this change nor fix anything.

- CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 3,6 GHz (1151 socket)
- RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400MHz
