(temp sensor broken?)-News of the United States was founded in 1933 by David Lawrence (1888-1973), which also started the World Report in 1946. The two magazines are covering national and international news separately, but Lawrence combines them into news reports of U.S. in World and 1948 [1] and Later sold the magazine to its employees. Historically, this magazine tends to be a bit more conservative than the two main competitors, Time and Newsweek, and focus more on the story of economic, health, and education. It's also distancing news, entertainment and sports celebrities. [2] an important milestone in the history of the beginning of the magazine is including the introduction of the "Washington Whispers" column in 1934 and the column "News You Can Use" in 1952. [3] [4] in 1958, the circulation of the weekly magazine passed one million and two million in 1973. (

My PC hasn't had any heat issues, with both CPU and GPU staying on 60-70° (celcius) under full load. Today however I booted up and all of a sudden I hit anywhere from 50° to 75° on desktop with only >10% CPU load, and 80°-100° under full load. It even starts at 90°+ on startup, before climbing down.
This happened over night, and prior to this issue I had literally not touched my PC, and I even fully cleaned it with compressed air a few weeks ago.
One of the weird parts is that the fans blow cold air, and going for minimum fan speed (25%) gives the exact same temperature as the max speed (100%) while on desktop. Under full load there is however a difference of around 4°. The CPU also doesn't throttle down (other than normal ups and downs), even when on <99° under full load with 25% fan speed on the cooler.
Potential problems and solutions:
I've looked into bad thermal paste, but my cooler came with pre-applied paste and was installed only 7 months ago. I've also seen people with problems on the connection, but I can't see any cracks, the cooler sits firmly and I haven't even touched it for something to go wrong.
I thought maybe the pump was broken, but as you can see in the pictures it appears to be working, and I can even change the RPM on it. I tried to feel if one of the tubes were cold, but they both felt the same.
From my troubleshooting it looks like maybe I have a broken temperature sensor considering the air is cool and the CPU doesn't throttle, but also considering the fact that this happened instantly over night with no prior problems. if anyone knows what the issue could be, and how to fix it, please help!
