Tried plugging in my Xbox one to the ethernet port in my dorm room. The Xbox says that the connection network is wired, but under NAT Type it says "Unavailable xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo Service info is unavailable. Do I need a Router or a Modem or anything to make this work or do i need to contact the apartment maintenance? Sorry I don't know any of the lingo for tech stuff but any help would be awesome!
