I bumped my laptop, ASUS GL703V, into a sharp and hard corner, such that the back of the laptop screen suffered quick trauma. This is the state of the screen, with accompanying information about the laptop. The screen provides no useful whatsoever. The laptop is fully functional as a computer if I plug it into an external monitor via HDMI. I can't think of trying anything else before

I've been pondering the option of fixing it myself instead of sending it in somewhere, but I am unsure how to proceed, or if I even should. Maybe I will just damage it further by trying. I need advice on if it's any point in fixing it myself, and how should I even do that?

I'm located in Stockholm, Sweden if it's relevant.

Thank you for reading!
