The on/off toggle switch for Bluetooth is gone and Windows is behaving as if the hardware disappeared overnight. I don't know if this is right after an update as I haven't used BT in a few weeks, so it's hard to say exactly when this occurred.

Tried to update Windows as it shows an update is available, but it fails to install and says to try again later.

Checked for hardware changes in Device Manager
I'm at a total loss as to how this happened or how to fix it. After 2 hours of troubleshooting and searching the internet for solutions, it seems this issue has dozens of causes and even more solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
NOTE: I am currently at work and will be back to my PC this evening. I just wanted to get a headstart on this. I will try pretty much any and all suggestions apart from deleting System32 and will reply afterward.
