So i decided to buy a new ram stick of 4gb, so now i have 2x 4gb for my rig, but, when i check in task manager, 4gbs of it are locked for hardware.

I tried pretty much everything, msconfic, changing registry for clearing page pool on shutdown, the pc runs single cahnnel because of the diferent ram sticks, UEFI has not a option about ram usage outside of OC and changing frequency, when i look at it, they both run at 1066mhz, al about it is in AUTO.
I am to a point where i think i will just say fuck it and change to Windows 7 or something.
