Anyway, I've been trying for days to make this work (initial Easy WP SMTP plugin didn't work) but at least I've figured it now.
Unfortunately, upon receiving the first Contact Form message, I only received the input on one of the fields. The current fields I have is just Name, Email, and Mobile Number and all that appears in the email that I'm receiving is the mobile number.
I made sure that the Field ID on all forms do not have spaces. I don't know what else to check, so can someone please help me figure this out?

I tried making another contact form with Name, Email, and Message fields and the only thing that's sending is the message. I think the problem is that the Name and Email fields aren't being included. Anyone know how this can be fixed?

EDIT: Oh my, guys. I feel so stupid having to ask this question. Haha. So, I was hoping that the emails I would receive would go like this:
Name: John Smith
Email Address: johnsmith@smith.com
Mobile Number (+1): 917-885-3364
Apparently, the name and email address sections are automatically inputted in the 'reply-to' section of the email details. :) Sorry for my dumb ass.
