Hey tech support guys.
As said in title, I have quite a big issue with my PC. It's a ASUS laptop, a pretty expensive one I bought 2 years. He was running a bit slow this morning, so when I went to class I decided to shut him up to see if it's gonna get a bit better. And it didn't. When I booted it, it was EXTREMELY slow : it took 20 minutes just to show my wallpaper, and the computer is unusable (apps doesn't launch, even the task manager didn't show up)
I have tried several things, like retrograde to the previous version of windows (fixed another issue 2 weeks ago), or reinstall windows through the advance repair menu. On both of them, I received an error message, telling me that it can't be done.
I try to run it on safe mode, and it work, but from their either I can't reset windows or anything.
I'm gonna ask my roommates to DL windows and put it on a USB drive (I just need to DL the ISO and put it in the drive right ?), but if anyone has another solution I'd be glad to here it.
