I work in a print shop where jobs are set up by any of our three in-house designers, and on occasion by myself or my manager. We are all running Windows 7, and use Corel Draw X4 for designing most jobs. When I first started, I copied the fonts from everyone's computer into a master folder that I installed on my computer to hopefully alleviate some font issues. However, I still run into font substitutions that I don't always catch. Is there a better way to sync the fonts across multiple machines so we can be sure that everyone is pulling the same fonts? Any help is greatly appreciated!
