Built computer 2 years ago, Asus X99-A motherboard.

When problem first started, I just entered BIOS and changed some random setting (switched Intel Rapid Storage Technology from off to on) to hopefully initiate the rest of the bootup.

This did not change anything and now I can not get into BIOS at all, F2/DEL does nothing. Only effect I've been able to make is holding F2 while pressing power button goes to just a black screen instead of ASUS screen

Only things plugged in are keyboard and monitor as Google searches pointed to random USB devices as common culprit.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or need any more info.
