I want to enable them to print or scan documents through my printer in the common area.
How can I achieve this without need of installing any software?
I know some Multi-Function printers do have a thumbdrive option. But that I'll have to teach everyone how to use the printer option.
Is there a way whereby everyone could just scan the network for a printer and use that? (like if it could grab the printer driver/settings from the printer straight through the network?)
For Scanning, this could be a little more complicated. How can I let the user scan their document and "magically" receive it? Email perhaps?
Any guys from IT solution company had come across similar issue?
