This is what my display looks like. This is a problem that has happened twice now. The first time was when my sister was using my PC to play Rollercoaster Tycoon via Steam. The second time was tonight when watching a stream on Twitch. Restarting the PC fixes it, but would rather get to the bottom of it instead of ignoring it. Any help appreciated.
I am running Windows 10 Pro, build 16299. Asus Radeon R7 370 DirectCU II Strix OC 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card. Processor AMD FX-4350 4.2GHz. PC was built October 2016, two fans, gets cleaned with compressed air roughly every 6 months.
