Alright I'm going to try keep this as simple and relevant as possible. This is my build specs below:

Now my problem. Sometimes my PC just decides it doesn't want to post boot. It either runs through a few debug codes, ends on debug code 'db' (Flash update has failed) and shuts down only to repeat the process. The alternative is it doesn't boot, yet everything is powered on and idle, and I get another set of debug codes which ends on debug code '32' (CPU PEI Initialisation). On top of this sometimes when using the PC after it's booted fine it will cut out and restart with no errors or explanation.
Recently it was just looping with no post and I figured out if I reset my CMOS and restart the PC a few times eventually it boots. I've tried troubleshooting online and although I'm quite tech-savvy I just can't seem to find any sort of solution. It's almost as though everytime I turn on my PC it's down to the roll of the dice whether it boots fine. A friend of mine who is also quite computer literate came up with the theory that my PSU could be the source of the problem as I only have a 500W PSU (That is why I included every single possible spec I could think of other than what I have plugged into my USB ports at the top of the post).
Really I'm just looking for any sort of advice, if you have any other questions I am very active on Reddit and will respond as soon as I can.
