Just as I was going to turn off my PC but I hit sleep by accident. I go to wake it up again but nothing happens, my keyboard lights up when I press a button briefly and so does my mouse.

So I go to shut it down completely by holding down the power button doesn't seem to work so I just turn off the PSU. When I turn it on again it doesn't, the fans spin up for half a second and GPU lights turn on for that duration and turns off again. The motherboard lights are on.

I've tried unplugging the PSU for a minute pressing the power button while it was off to drain it. I've taken all the RAM out but one that didn't work so I tried another RAM stick that didn't work either. I've taken the GPU out. Tried unplugging the harddrive with windows. Tried and failed reflashing bios, not sure why it didn't flash pretty sure I did it right.
