When I try to start up my PC after I shut it down recently, it won't boot; all the lights will come on, the fans start spinning, but my monitor, mouse and keyboard stay dead. I had to wait 30 mins before trying to start it up again to get it to boot. This was annoying at first but eventually it wouldn't boot at all anymore. I started a thread on a forum and got the advice to replace the motherboard. I thought the problem was fixed after I replaced it, but this morning I'm getting the same problem. I tried moving the ram around but I don't think that's the issue, since I replaced the motherboard 3 weeks ago I don't think that could be it either. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
