I recently got a new EVGA 1080ti and within a week this started happening: https://i.imgur.com/Ae2uwzc.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Oxv2BKQ.jpg

It crashes my whole computer, locks everything up, no audio or anything and I basically just have to hit the reset button.

Is this what "artifacting" looks like? And if this could be caused by something else, how should I go about checking for it?
