So I've had this problem before. My FPS just wouldn't change no matter what I did with the graphics. My solution back then was to plug my DisplayPort into a different port on my GPU. Now I have absolutely no idea what's causing it. I've tried plugging the DisplayPort in different places and I've even tried re-installing the drivers.

My specs are: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820X CPU @ 3.60GHz - 16 GB RAM - Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit

The game I'm trying to run at a stable 60 fps is Dark Souls 3. Any help will be appreciated

Edit: Here's a screenshot of my CPU while in-game if it helps https://prnt.sc/im9vbk - Another screenshot with some information on the CPU https://prnt.sc/im9xue
