So recently I have been getting a lot of lag in CSGO. I googled my problem, and at first I thought it was a GPU problem since it barely used my GPU (max 30% usage and clock speed ranging from 1000mhz to 2000mhz), but it's actually my CPU. This said that normal CPU handles should be 20k-25k, but that was windows 7. I am using Windows 10, and I get ~60k on startup, and I disabled all my startup programs. Is this too much? If so, how do I fix it?
