To preface, I'm doing a fresh reinstall of Adobe CC cause I have been cleaning and reorganizing my folders. I uninstalled all Adobe programs, then began the task of clearing out and deleting my Adobe related folders. I cleared out all of the folders in "Documents" on "This PC."
For storage sake, I created a folder on my hard drive, "Hard Drive (D:)" titled "Adobe" to keep all of my projects on my hard drive for storage.
I managed to delete all folders, however there is one folder that will refuse to delete no matter what I do. It is an empty folder that is embedded in other folders on my hard drive. The path is "This PC > Hard Drive (D:) > Adobe > Audition > 10.0" and the file in question is titled "320 - Red Bull" When I try to delete the folder, a window appears saying "Could not find this item. This is no longer located in D:\Adobe\Audition\10.0. Verify the item's location and try again." I do not have the option to look at "More details."
When looking at the properties of the folder, it says that it is 0 bytes both in Size and Size on disk. On the "Security" tab, a prompt appears saying "The requested security information is either unavailable or can't be displayed."
I then tried deleting it through the Command Prompt. I opened up CMD and typed in the following: D:> Adobe D:\Adobe\Audition>cd 10.0 D:\Adobe\Audition\10.0
It is here where I check the directory to find that "320 - Red Bull" is in the directory for the 10.0 folder
When I try to type in "D:\Adobe\Audition\10.0>cd 320 - Red Bull" an error appears saying "The system cannot find the path specified." even though that folder is in the directory
This one little folder is the only that prohibiting me from deleting these stack of folders and it's driving me insane.
Any help on how to get rid of it?

UPDATE: Its acting like the file doesn't even exist, yet still shows it. I am able to make a folder with the exact same name and it doesn't prompt a window telling me to replace the folder
