I recommend not to download the file unless using a virtual machine because it may cause damage to your PC. I researched this issue and couldn't find much relevant to the specific topic, though I'm assuming this is a rootkit virus.

Happened after I downloaded Norton Power Eraser, the site may have been corrupted when I downloaded It, but I am sure the site is legitimate.
