Description of problem
Extremely specific issue I can't seem to find a solution to on Google. When playing video files through MPC, no sound will play, but video will continue. Eventually the video will freeze and the file won't progress any further until I skip back or forward, at which point the file will play correctly. It seems to do this EVERY time a new file in the playlist (or folder) plays. I have to skip forward in order for audio to play and the video to not freeze.

Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
Watching TV shows at night, it happens literally every time without fail. Every video file that plays will 100% have this issue.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I have updated ALL drivers, re-installed K-Lite Codec Pack, downloaded a new version of MPC... you name it, I've tried it. I have no idea what is causing this. It happens with all video files, and audio files.
