Cause/Steps to recreate the issue
turning off the computer or putting it to sleep has about a 1/3 chance of recreating the problem.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
turning off the computer and holding down the power button. -- works sometimes
resetting the bios -- works sometimess
removing and reinserting the cmos battery -- works sometimes
I'm wondering what the cause is, if its my GPU, PSU, or motherboard.
