I dropped my computer about a month ago. At first, it would turn off 5 seconds after starting it every single time. So I removed all the RAMs from the motherboard and reapplied them.
That fixed the computer turning off at least, but now the computer has been super slow for about a month, and if I start too many programs at once (like 2-3), it overheats and turns off.
I've tried reformatting it and the issue remains, so I'm 99% certain it's a hardware issue. Like I've mentioned, I've already tried fixing the RAMS, and I've even tried with different ones - same issue.
What else could be the problem? It really seems like a RAM issue and it all started with me dropping the PC - what can I check before sending it in & fixing it with money?
I feel that specs aren't neccessary here because I'm really just wondering what inside the PC (hardware) I should check to see that might be broken. I don't think there are issues with any software (unless I'm an idiot and I'm misunderstanding stuff).
tl;dr - Dropped my PC, now it runs very slow and turns off if I start too many programs. What parts - other than the RAM - should I check/replace that might be broken?
