Computer turns on, then off over and over again
Usually when I try to turn on my computer, it powers on for a couple seconds, then powers off, then powers back on and boots up just fine. Now when I try to turn my computer on it gets stuck in a cycle of powering on for a couple sceonds then powers off for a couple seconds. I haven't changed any hardware recently, my GF said she tried to plug her phone in to my computer and then the screen froze so she shut it off and this problem has been happening since then. Any thoughts as to what would be causing this problem?
