Background: Pre-built computer from CyberpowerPC, purchased in July 2017. Was having some RAM issues (memory management BSODs) so I decided to get it replaced. Computer was working fine other than the occasional BSOD from the bad RAM. Had an opportunity to replace the RAM in person while I was home in California, so I took the RAM out of the computer and brought it home, computer was sitting idle with no RAM in it for 5 days. Came back today, put the new RAM in and I got no signal to my monitor. The new RAM is 2x 8gb ADATA XPG DDR4 3000mhz. The rest of the computer info is in the speccy link below. I have no access to the software on the computer, I just have the speccy info from a previous issue.

What I have tried:

  1. Taking out power cord and holding down power button for 60 seconds, 2 attempts.

  2. Resetting BIOS by removing mobo battery for 3 hours

  3. Resetting BIOS by shorting the pins (used screw driver, no jumper caps available)

  4. Cycled through both sticks of RAM individually on all slots

  5. Switched out power cord

  6. Tried HDMI, VGA, and DVI-D cables on monitor

  7. Unplugged monitor and computer for 60 seconds and restarted

  8. Restarted the computer without any RAM

  9. All of the above with and without my GPU in the computer

  10. Tested both monitors on my laptop with VGA cable and both work fine

I get no indications of faulty RAM or GPU or anything, no beeps, no error messages - nothing. I am fairly certain I have fried my motherboard somehow while replacing the RAM. Just coming here for any other suggestions before sending the motherboard back to Cyberpower for a new one.

Edit: I should mention the new RAM is the same specs but a different brand. RAM before was 2x 8gb Viper DDR4 3000mhz

Edit2: RAM was not based off bad RAM slots on the motherboard, I ran several MemTests to confirm I had a bad stick of RAM.
