I didnt include ram , hard drive, and gpu since my problem is for it to boot up in the first place. Also worth noting is that for the split second the mobo lights up the cpu debug light turns on before everything dies. Also of note is that this is on a new mobo fresh from rma and the cpu i bought new from amazon about a month ago. I took great care in seating it, but ive heard maybe a badly placed heatsink can cause issues? And if so could the damage have already been done? Or pherhaps its a faulty cpu power connector which leads to a faulty psu?
