"tried to program several times took hours when it came up its mouse was slow like choppy needs to be scraped" is what said buyer has explained. ...yeah, not much help. I've never heard of a MB causing a "choppy" mouse. But I don't know for sure. This is an older board, so the buyer has had to boot up an OS to even get a cursor on screen. So for all I know they are trying to use Win 10 on this Intel Core 2 Duo (included with the board, no heatsink) with some dismal amount of RAM and just need to lower their expectations.

This hardware was working when I had it, but it is totally possible it was damaged in shipping from static or whatever. I'm trying to figure out how likely this is my fault but am completely open to refunding if it is.

Can this buyer's extremely vague and poorly described problems even be caused by a faulty board?
