Pangarmatim Kunjungi Markas Ksatria Lapis Baja Marinir

Panglima Komando Armada RI Kawasan Timur (Pangarmatim) Laksamana Muda TNI Didik Setiyono, S.E., M.M., didampingi Kepala Staf Koarmatim (Kasarmatim) Laksamana Pertama TNI I.N.G. Sudihartawan, S.Pi, M.M. melaksanakan kunjungan di Markas Ksatria Lapis Baja Mako Menkav-1 Marinir bertempat di Ksatrian Soepraptono Semarung Koarmatim Ujung, Surabaya. Kamis (29/03/2018).

Usai menerima Falreep dan laporan dari Perwira Staf Logistik (Paslog) Menkav 1 Marinir Letkol Marinir Yanuar Kusnindyo, Pangarmatim beserta rombongan menuju ke ruang VVIP Mako Menkav-1 untuk menerima paparan Profil Menkav-1 oleh Paslog Menkav-1 yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Tour Facility di garasi Menkav-1 Marinir untuk meninjau langsung fasilitas garasi tank amphibi yang dimiliki Menka-1 Marinir dan dilanjutkan sesi foto bersama.

Hadir pada acara tersebut, Irarmatim, Para Asisten Pangarmatim, Koorsmin Pangarmatim, Asops Danpasmar-1 Marinir, Danyonkapa-1 Marinir, serta Danyonranratfib-1 Marinir.

Resimen Kavaleri 1/Marinir

Resimen Kavaleri 1/Marinir atau (Menkav 1/Marinir) adalah salah satu Komando Pelaksana (Kolak) dari Pasukan Marinir 1 yang bermarkas di Semarung, Ujung, Surabaya dan mempunyai peran penting sebagai satuan tempur baik dalam operasi militer maupun latihan khussusnya sebagai unsur satuan pemukul dan pendarat dalam suatu operasi pendaratan. Tugas Pokok Resimen Kavaleri 1/Marinir, Membina kemampuan dan menyiapkan unsur unsur Kavaleri Korps Marinir guna melaksanakan operasi pendaratan amfibi, operasi pertahanan pantai, operasi tempur dll.

Menkav-1 Mar yang merupakan salah satu satuan tempur Korps Marinir yang memiliki beberapa kendaraan tempur, meliputi Batalyon Tankfib-1 Mar yang berkedudukan di Karang Pilang dengan unit tempur BMP 3F, PT 76(M), PT 76, AMX 10 PAC dan Tank Recovery, serta Batalyon Ranratfib-1 Mar bertempat di Trian Soepraptono Semarung Ujung Surabaya dengan material tempur BTR 50 P, BTR 50P (M), AMX 10P dan AMX 10P (M) serta Batalyon KAPA-1 Mar (Kendaraan Amfibi Pengangkut Artileri) dengan Material Tempur KAPA 61 dan PTS.

Resimen Kavaleri 1/Marinir dalam struktur organisasi dipimpin oleh seorang Perwira Menengah (Pamen) dengan pangkat Kolonel dan membawahi 3 Satuan Pelaksana (Satlak) antara lain :
-Batalyon Tank Amfibi 1/Mar bermarkas di Karangpilang, Surabaya
-Batalyon Ranratfib 1/Mar bermarkas di Ujung, Surabaya
-Batalyon Kapa 1/Mar bermarkas di Ujung, Surabaya
