So I just bought a brand new dell (specs below) 2 in 1 laptop running windows 10 and it's only been a week and I've been noticing revving sounds randomly up and down, usually when watching youtube videos. I have an external usb cooling fan underneath it and it STILL does this. Should I call dell or what? We bought a limited warranty. I'm really worried because we paid almost $900 bucks for this to be a gaming computer. I can't have it revving up and messing up.
