There are lag spikes when pinging my router, sometimes up to 500 to 3000 ms.
I've played with all kinds of obscure options trying to isolate the problem. Still haven't gotten anywhere close. I googled all the suggested solutions. Update driver, disable updates, reconfigure netsh, set as metered connection, etc etc etc.
I'm looking to see if there is a way to isolate the problem to determine the source of the lag spikes, some diagnostic technique.
