Description of problem
I cannot identify which hard drive is my SSD and which is my HDD in disk management. I also need help figuring out which hard drive Windows was actually installed on, due to both drives showing Windows files. I had some issues with installing my new SSD, but I believe it was an issue with the cable, and now I have 2 hard drives installed (C: and E:). One is the SSD and one is the HDD. In disk management, this is what shows up:https://i.imgur.com/jic1LJc.pngThis isn't necessarily a problem with my computer per se, but I am seeking info on how to tell A. which drive is my SSD or HDD and B. what drive my OS was installed on. Please help.

What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
Went into disk management to the drive properties looking for info, however both drives show the same info in all property tabs, except the space used/available (C: has 40.9 gigs used and E: has 222 gigs used, which I have downloaded 1 game since OS install).
