Description of problem
I opened up a Laptop that my friend gave me, he said the only problem with it was that it's hard drive was corrupt. I opened it up and didn't touch anything.For some reason, whenever I plug in the power it starts making a very quiet clicking noise, kind of like a taser or bug zapper. It seems to be coming from around the RAM slots. Pls help... (it's a Toshiba Satellite Pro L50-B)

IDK.
What I've tried so far to resolve the issue
I unplugged the HDD and the Fan but the noise is still there. I tried replacing the RAM, replacing the power cord and using a different charger but nothing seems to work.
