So to give everyone the details about my issue
- I stream on twitch
- For the past year I've had times where my internet just practically dies. I'm talking like 13 download and .3 upload when i should be getting 20 down/5 up. This effects my ability to do number 1 3.they've come out multiple times and replaced the modem/router. They've given me new ethernet cables. They've even checked the attic and claim there's no issue.
- I call their and speak to one of their higher techs when the issue happens and he claims he's not seeing anything.
Now i think all this is bs. The modem is an arris brand and the router is a zyxel. I'm thinking of swapping these out for my own equipment though
