Did some cleaning yesterday, used vacuum cleaner for all the cooler fans (I know this isn't recommended, but I made sure to not touch components) and paper tissues for components. After cleaning I started noticing very short stutters (PC freezes up for a fraction of a second) this happens very frequently and isn't that much of an issue when just browsing, but it's very noticeable when listening to music, watching videos or playing video games.

Setup

  • Intel DQ87PG Motherboard
  • Intel i7 4770K CPU
  • 32GB Kingston DDR3 ram stick 4x8GB
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU
  • Kingston 240GB SSD

Things I've tried

  • Running PC with each RAM stick separately
  • Checking CPU temperature, stable 35C~
  • Resetting BIOS
  • Running PC with just SSD
  • Reinstalling Windows on SSD
  • Installing Windows on 1TB HDD and running with just that (problem seemed to be gone for 30mins~, but after a restart it came back)
  • Trying different SATA connections (seems like some of them didn't recognize my hard drive)
  • Completely disassembling whole computer and reassembling it (removing all components and all connections).
  • Disconnecting additional coolers, CD drive, etc. (With hopes that PSU wasn't providing enough voltage, didn't help)

Additional things

  • A few times PC didn't turn on at all (didn't reach BIOS screen, no error beep).
  • Running with one of the RAM sticks gave me memory error (3 beeps), but seemed to be gone few moments later.
  • A few SATA connections seem to be broken (doesn't detect my hard drive).
  • PC never crashes, no blue screens.
  • Since it's winter time, I definitely could have caused some static with my fingers (didn't use wrist bands).

Looking for ideas what else could I try. Going to pick up a new PSU in couple hours to see if that helps at all.
