Two years ago I custom built my PC and after about 6 months it started crashing regularly, up to 6 times a day. I get no BSOD and all that happens is that my PC will completely freeze, with the screen still visible and after about 5 seconds it will crash to a black screen and restart.

Here are my specs: (They're pretty shitty, I know, and they were mediocre for two years ago) MSI A78M-E5 V2 (MS-7221) AMD Athlon X4 760K Quad Core Processor 2x Crucial 8GB DDR3 RAM WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 (Hard Drive) Corsair 430 Watt PSU Running Windows 10 Pro (w/Creator's Update)

I also have a PCI Wifi card, TP Link 300Mbs Wireless N Apadter

The crashes tend to happen either while playing games, using editing/mixing software (Vegas, REAPER), watching YouTube, or playing games and listening YouTube at the same time.

I have already tried taking apart the PC completely, cleaning everything, and putting it back together, updating my graphics drivers, and changing fan placement, all to no avail.

My temperatures seem normal, my CPU rarely gets above 35C, and I have two fans in my case.

I don't know if this is correlated, but when I open task manager "System" is sometimes taking up close to 100% of my disk usage.

This problem has been bothering me for more than a year and a half now. Please help.
