So, I was using my PC just find last night, only today I plug it in and go to turn it on, and am now stuck with a boot loop issue. The fans will rev up and down, or rather pulse, for a couple seconds, then the computer will shut off briefly, and repeat the process. I went through some trial and error but still no fix. I tried using a different power supply, I tried putting in an old video card (I run on-board graphics), and I tried unplugging everything and plugging it all back in. I think it's either a RAM issue or Motherboard issue. I just can't figure out what's causing it. I recorded a little video to show this problem. Please excuse the ticking/tapping in the background, it's just my heater, and not the PC.

The fans on the Case, PSU, and CPU all run so it shouldn't be a PSU or CPU issue. This is my current PC setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/IAmClarity/saved/3M4rHx

For the RAM, I am only using one of the sticks because the second one came dead out of the box and they refused to replace it, but this was never an issue for me before. Please note that this PC was working just fine previously and just suddenly started having this issue this morning, there were no warning signs beforehand (that I noticed). I do not have an active warranty that I know of except for the i7 cpu, which says 3 year warranty on the booklet but I'm not sure if that's true. This stuff was bought about a year ago and the receipts (from newegg or superbiiz) said 30-day warranty. So please, help me out here. I tried googling tons of stuff, not a single thing helped me. I am so confused and just want my PC working.
