Frighteningly, this isn't the first time the president has gloated about acing a test that screens for early signs of dementia. Bush and Barack Obama for their failure to prevent North Korea from developing nuclear weapons, suggesting he had the intelligence to succeed where his predecessors had failed. “I guess they all realized they’re going to have to leave it to a president that scored the highest on tests,” he said.
On Friday, the New York Times reported that the Pentagon has developed multiple plans for North Korea, but is reluctant to share them with the president for fear the White House is "moving too hastily toward military action."
