Hi, I had no problem with my mic, until I tried to record it. In programs like Discord or TeamSpeak my friends can hear me very well. However, when i try to record with OBS, my voice is way too quiet, even though everything else has normal volume. My desktop and mic volume is at max on OBS. But the problem is not only on OBS. If i turn on the option on windows to hear your own mic, it also is very quiet. I use a Blue Snowball Mic and its to the left of me, so the clicking sound is very loud compared to my voice, when recorded. Naturally, if something is near a mic, its louder. However, in discord my voice has a similar volume to my clicking sound. So, if i boost my mic way up in OBS, my voice is normal, but then my clicking is crazy loud. I tried using a compressor on OBS but it didn't help much, maybe I didn't set it up propably, I dont know. Somehow, Discord is regulating it very well, so that there is no issue with things being too loud or too quiet. How can i make OBS behave the same way?
(I always see in forums, where someone has an issue and needs help, that people are asking questions without explaining why they ask. And after many many comments back and forth they say, that they don't know how to help further.
